Three officers are lined up behind me at this point, four more outside the door to make sure no one comes in.  I would like to point out that at this time I had been arrested over twenty times.  Not once have I ever been violent or threatening toward an officer.  This was no exception.  One of the troopers then asks me to put down my camera, I refuse.  At this point I will note I was clearly disabled having torn my MCL and Miniscous two weeks prior and being in a leg brace.  The officer then grabs my arm and pulls it back.  He said to give him the camera.  I refused, again stating Constitutional grounds.  He then pulled the camera from my hand arm stretched out behind my back as far as it will go.  He proceeds to throw my camera to the floor.  I said something about illegal seizure of property and the Fourth Amendment and this seemed to upset someone.
I am not sure if it was the same officer who had my arm or another one but with my arm stretched behind my back I suddenly feel a hit on my neck.  The officer had grabbed my neck but not normally.  With a forward thrust.  Not expecting this my neck flew back and an audible snap was heard.  That was when the pain started.  The next thing I remember is looking at the Assembly railing three feet in front of me and getting closer and closer.  The officer was pushing my head and seemingly maneuvering my neck so my head was flying toward the railing. “…
